Wellness acupuncture during treatment is a restorative, lower-intensity session — acupuncture only, without herbal prescribing or extended clinical intake. It is not a replacement for your medical treatment and is not intended to treat the condition you are being treated for.

What to Expect

A wellness session is 45 minutes — focused, unhurried, and calibrated to your current energy and capacity. There is no expectation to arrive with a clear sense of what you need. Sessions during medical treatment are adapted to where you are — lighter when you need lighter, and always respectful of what your body is managing.
