About ECHO

Too often, people discover East Asian Medicine as a last resort—when pain, stress, or a health condition has already worn them down, sometimes for years or even decades. I wish it were the first place people turned, because when the body’s needs are met earlier, health not only improves, but the body becomes more resilient—reducing the risk of decline into more serious illness.

That’s why I created ECHO: a place to receive this medicine with ease and consistency, not as an afterthought, but as a foundation. Here, care is personal and collaborative—supporting you in cultivating a better quality of life.
