A note on Fullscript
You may wonder whether we benefit financially from supplement platforms. We do. Fullscript returns a modest margin to our practice instead of it going to Amazon or a big-box retailer. Think of it as shopping local.
That margin has never been the reason we recommend anything. Our approach is conservative by design, and each product here is included because we think it’s worth your consideration, not because of the bottom line. We also believe the true foundations of health are largely free: sleep, movement, food, and connection. Supplements are one tool among many, and usually not the most important one.
