Some plans are limited to specific diagnoses, while others offer broader benefits.We’re happy to verify benefits as a courtesy once you’re booked, but we also recommend confirming coverage directly with your insurer. For OHP and TriWest, a referral from a primary care provider or specialist is required.Don’t see your plan listed?We’re continually expanding our insurance networks. We accept Auto Injury claims (no medical referral required) and Workers’ Compensation cases (referral required) for qualifying acupuncture treatment. If your doctor or case manager has approved treatment, please contact us before booking. We’ll confirm referral requirements and help coordinate any needed documentation. Please note: These visits fall under our Care for pain, nerve conditions, or injury recovery service category. Be sure to select the appropriate option when it's time to schedule.

Yes. If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), you can either: Pay directly with your FSA/HSA card at the time of service, or Pay out of pocket and use the superbill we provide to request reimbursement from your FSA/HSA administrator. Important details: FSA/HSA funds can only be used for expenses related to a diagnosed medical issue—not for general wellness or preventative care. This process is separate from health insurance. If you need a superbill for out-of-network insurance reimbursement, we can prepare one in the correct format for that purpose.

Moxa can be added to private acupuncture sessions when clinically appropriate. Please ask during your appointment—no need to book separately. Add-on fee applies.
