Care for the Caregiver
Wellness Acupuncture for Those Who Give a Great Deal to Others
Caregiving is one of the most demanding things a person can do — and one of the least supported. Whether you're caring for a parent, a child with complex needs, a partner through illness, or holding a professional role that asks you to give steadily and consistently to others, the cumulative cost is real. Fatigue that doesn't lift. A nervous system that stays activated even when you finally have a moment to rest. The sense that there is very little left over for yourself.
This session is for you. Not as a luxury, not as an afterthought — but as a genuine investment in your capacity to keep going. Acupuncture works directly with the nervous system, supporting it to shift out of sustained activation and into something quieter. An hour where the only thing required of you is to receive.

What to Expect
A wellness session is 45 minutes — focused, accessible, and lower in intensity than a full clinical appointment. There is no extended intake and no expectation to explain or justify why you need support. You can simply arrive and receive.
Many caregivers find that regular sessions — even once a month — meaningfully shift their baseline. Improved sleep. Less physical tension. A nervous system that recovers more quickly. A steadier sense of themselves outside of their caregiving role.
