Collective Quiet
Affordable Community Acupuncture in a Quiet Group Setting
Group or private sessions depending on availability
These sessions offer a gentle and accessible way to support stress relief, general wellness, and ongoing care—especially helpful for those seeking more frequent treatment or a lower-cost option alongside private visits. You'll receive a brief check-in to determine the focus for the day, followed by acupuncture placed in the arms, legs, or head while you rest in our quiet community room. If a private room happens to be open, you're welcome to request it.
Community acupuncture can also bridge the gap when insurance coverage runs out, offering continuity of care without interruption. If you're already working with another acupuncturist, we’re happy to collaborate—just share our referral form so we can continue supporting your treatment goals until it’s time to return to them. → Referral Form
We offer a sliding scale for this service. You can choose the rate that feels most accessible for you upon booking an appointment.

Do you accept Auto Injury or Workers’ Compensation claims? We accept Auto Injury claims (no medical referral required) and Workers’ Compensation cases (referral required) for qualifying acupuncture treatment. If your doctor or case manager has approved treatment, please contact us before booking. We’ll confirm referral requirements and help coordinate any needed documentation. Please note: These visits fall under our Pain & Nerve Dysfunction service category. Be sure to select the appropriate option when it's time to schedule.

What insurance do you take?We are currently in network with Regence (Blue Cross/Blue Shield), Providence, Heraya (CHP, Kaiser), United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Health Net, Oregon Health Plan (OHP), and WellCare. If you plan to use insurance, please schedule your appointment at least a few days in advance so we have time to verify your benefits. We’ll check your coverage as a courtesy once you’re booked—but we also recommend confirming your own benefits, especially if you're seeking care for non-pain-related concerns like stress, sleep, or fertility. Acupuncture coverage varies widely between plans. Some only cover treatment for certain diagnoses (like pain or injury), while others have broader benefits. While we’re here to help, you are ultimately responsible for understanding your plan and what it covers. To support you, we offer an Insurance Benefits Worksheet you can use to call your provider and record your answers. You’re welcome to email us what you find by clicking the submit button at the bottom of the form—we’re happy to help interpret anything that’s unclear. Don’t see your network listed? We’re continually expanding our insurance networks. If your plan isn’t listed but you feel drawn to our clinic, reach out—we’re happy to check on your coverage for you.

Do you offer packages or sliding scale options? We offer community acupuncture on a sliding scale, as well as package options for those looking to be seen regularly and go deeper with their care. These packages are designed to make out-of-pocket care more accessible and affordable—especially for conditions not typically covered by insurance.

What if I’m not sure what to book? Not sure where to begin? That’s completely okay. We offer both focused and general care—some people start with a complex issue, others with a sense that something is off. Whether you're drawn to gentle wellness care, deeper diagnostic sessions, or simply want to rest and reset, we’ll meet you there. If you're unsure which service to choose, start with the one that best matches the main reason you’re seeking care—or use our contact form below to reach out for a quick recommendation.

Do you accept FSA/HSA or provide superbills?Yes. If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), you can either: Pay directly with your FSA/HSA card at the time of service, or Pay out of pocket and use the superbill we provide to request reimbursement from your FSA/HSA administrator. Important details: FSA/HSA funds can only be used for expenses related to a diagnosed medical issue—not for general wellness or preventative care. This process is separate from health insurance. If you need a superbill for out-of-network insurance reimbursement, we can prepare one in the correct format for that purpose.

Can I combine services? Do I need to schedule separate appointments?Scar Work can be added to private acupuncture sessions when clinically appropriate. Please ask during your primary appointment—no need to book separately. Add-on fee applies.
