East Asian Medicine

Rooted in presence and tradition, adapted to your body in the moment.

At ECHO, we work with the body as a whole: your rhythms, your nervous system, and the underlying terrain shaping how you feel day to day. Our care draws from multiple East Asian Medicine traditions, integrating time-honored techniques with a modern physiological lens and a deep responsiveness to what your body needs now.

Electroacupuncture

A gentle enhancement to standard acupuncture. Low-frequency microcurrent is applied between select points to dampen pain signaling, support tissue repair, and encourage steady circulation. The sensation is mild—often felt as a soft pulsing—and can deepen the body’s restorative response.

Herbal Medicine

An individualized extension of care. Thoughtfully crafted formulas support regulation, resilience, and deeper change between sessions. Herbal prescribing is included at no extra charge with private acupuncture sessions, or offered as a standalone consultation without acupuncture. Herbal formulas are provided in-house and billed separately.

A warming, restorative method. Soft heat from the mugwort plant is used to ease tension, reduce sensitivity, and nourish areas that feel depleted or slow to heal. Application is guided in real time to match what your body responds to best.

Scar Therapy

A focused method for areas that haven’t fully recovered beneath the surface. Gentle needling, microcurrent soften adhesions, restore glide, and improve local nerve and circulatory function—tailored to the needs of each scar.
