Electroacupuncture
Electroacupuncture is a gentle and modern enhancement of traditional acupuncture that uses small clips and a low-frequency electrical current to generate consistent and rhythmic stimulation at selected points. It's especially effective for conditions like chronic pain, musculoskeletal tension, nerve-related symptoms, and certain internal imbalances where additional stimulation helps restore flow and function.
The sensation during electroacupuncture is typically minimal—often described as a soft tapping, pulsing, or mild vibration—and is carefully adjusted for comfort. It is safe, deeply regulating, and can be an excellent option when the body needs a little extra encouragement to shift out of holding patterns.
At ECHO Acupuncture, electroacupuncture is thoughtfully integrated when appropriate, often alongside Japanese needle techniques and other gentle methods, to support deeper healing from the inside out.
